- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing may be delayed during peak sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Timeline
- For most locations within India, delivery typically takes 3-6 working days after dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge will be applied at checkout.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) option may include an additional fee and is subject to availability by pin code.(COD not available as of now)

 Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details enabling real-time tracking of your shipment.
- Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout to receive timely notifications.

Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to most locations across India through reputed courier partners.
- If a certain pin code is not serviceable, our team will promptly inform you and arrange a cancellation with a full refund for prepaid orders.

Packaging
- Each product is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit and maintain quality on arrival.
- If you receive a package that appears tampered with, kindly contact our support helpline before opening it.

Shipping Delays & Issues
- Delays may occur due to weather, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed in such rare cases.
- Sole & Stitches is not responsible for delays or loss once the package is handed over to the delivery partner, but our support team is always available to assist with shipment issues.
